Wix Business Numbers

Wix Business Phone Numbers let users seamlessly connect a dedicated business number to their existing phone. This allows them to make and receive business calls through their current mobile carrier—while keeping their personal number private.

Wix Support Chatbot

The Wix Customer Support Chatbot streamlines support by automatically resolving common user issues. It also routes inquiries to the right channels and gathers the essential information our agents need to respond quickly and effectively.

Wix Invoices

Wix Invoices enable users to request payments online with ease. Customers can pay directly through the invoice, while users track all transactions conveniently from their site’s dashboard.

Osmo Parent

Osmo is an educational gaming company that blends physical play with digital interaction, allowing kids to engage with tangible objects while playing on-screen games. Osmo Parent is a companion app that gives parents insight into their child’s activity, letting them track usage and monitor progress across the Osmo system.

About me.

Hi, I’m Yansou.

Originally from Québec City, I lived a few years in San Francisco and Tel Aviv before moving to New York, which I now call home.

I specialize in user research, product research, and end-to-end product design—spanning both functional and visual design disciplines. I hold a Master’s degree in Interaction Design and a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, both from Laval University.

Currently, I’m a Senior Staff Product Designer at HoneyBook, where I focus on finance and payment experiences.

I’m passionate about emerging technologies, photography, and creative expression through design and art in all its forms.
